Our Policy
SCHEDULING AND CANCELATIONS:
Appointments are required for both medical and spa services but walk-ins are welcome and we’ll try our best to accommodate you. At Bellissimo Medical Spa & Salon our scheduling system ensures a higher availability of our time for you. With that in mind, we require 24 hours notice. If failure to abide to our cancellation policy occurs once, a credit card will be required for booking the 2nd appointment to secure that time. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or No-Shows will result in full charges to your card, or a deduction to your gift certificate or package purchased.
ARRIVALS:
We respectfully ask that you arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check-in and complete necessary paperwork.
CELL PHONE AND PAGERS:
In respect to all other Bellissimo Medical Spa & Salon clients, please turn off or silence your cell phone and pager while in our facilities. We kindly request as well to avoid carrying on conversations while in the waiting area.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
We accept any unopened and unused retail product return for complete refund within thirty (30) days of purchase with receipt. Opened items and/or under unsellable conditions will not be refunded. Prescriptions are non-refundable and non-returnable.
PAYMENTS:
We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also provide financing through Care Credit.
